February was a very successful month for Allwood Stud’s racing and breeding stock.
We bred and raced seven individual winners for the month and they won 10 races between them.
Back To The Beach and Lord Willoughby both notched two wins for the month and both won at Gloucester Park on February 27, the former in a career-best 1:57.6 and the latter in 2:00.7.
While the three-year-old filly Retort (1:59.6) and Military Master (1:57.6) both won on the same night at Bunbury.
Other Allwood Stud bred and owned winners were the three-year-olds Beach Landing (Williams and Wagin) and Maybelline Fox (Williams) and Writing On The Wall (1:58.8, Northam).
Our stallions Lombo Mandingo, Tinted Cloud and Parson’s Den were each represented by winners. Parson’s Den winners were Buddy The Dragon (Bunbury) and Leeseme Lifestyle (2:00, Northam), Lombo Mandingo left the 1:58.5 Bendigo winner Looks Like Heaven (her 13th win) and Tinted Cloud produced the Bankstown victor Chloes Cloud (her 6th win).
