Military Master, a six-year-old entire bred and owned by Allwood Stud Farm, sent his stake earnings over the $100,000 mark when he led throughout rating 1:56.9 at Gloucester Park on April 6.

It was the pacer’s 12th lifetime success.

Military Master was one of eight Allwood Stud bred or owned winners during April including five three-year-old winners.

Rollsoffthetongue

Rollsoffthetongue, a two-year-old filly, notched her first win at only her second start, leading from end-to-end at Gloucester Park, rating 1:58.6 over 1730 metres.

Allwood Stud landed a winning double at Narrogin on April 28 with a pair of promising three-year-old fillies, Veiled Secret (1:59.7) and Retort. Both fillies posted their second successes.

Other Allwood Stud three-year-old winners were Universal Major (1:59.9, Pinjarra), Allwoods Rocknroll, an effortless 24 metre victor at Northam, and Joe With The Flow, who notched his third win from only 11 starts at Narrogin.

While Pick My Pocket, a mare Allwood Stud imported from New Zealand as a three-year-old, made it five wins from 12 starts on Australian soil and $64,000 in stakes when she led throughout at Pinjarra, rating 1:58.5 over 2185 metres including a flying 55.7 last 800.

The Allwood Stud Farm resident stallions TINTED CLOUD and LOMBO MANDINGO had a busy month in April.

TINTED CLOUD produced a winning double at Albion Park on April 27 with Cheap Tint (1:55.4) and Skyfella Cam (1:58.2) as well as the Narrabri winner Quincy Storm. Cheap Tint has now won 30 races and more than $120,000 in prizemoney.

Meanwhile, LOMBO MANDINGO sired a pair of NSW provincial winners, Make Mine Grange (1:57.7, Penrith) and Lombo Yanky Invada (Canberra).
